Being frustrated with a bad day job and realizing the only way I would find a job I enjoyed would be if I made one myself I began looking into what I really wanted to do for a living.
I have been involved in the tabletop miniatures hobby since I was twelve and went hardcore into the hobby aspect during college. Having collected and played multiple game I realized there was a distinct lack of prefabricated terrain designed for the hobby, with most being hand crafted by individuals of varying skill with variable amounts of time. Looking at what was available in this niche I noticed two trends. Terrain kits were either inexpensive card stock or punch card plastics, or insanely expensive kits that could make only one or two pieces. After my original prototypes failed I reworked what I would make and how I would sell it.
I design and produce kits designed to give a decent spread of terrain at a price and quality in between the two extremes. I do not have any particular game in mind when I design and gravitate towards sets that can fit into the themes of multiple games. I also keep models from multiple games and multiple sizes on hand as I design and sculpt so as to make the individual pieces not only visually pleasing, but also practical to use. I do have plans for further products but for now what I have is as follows.
Battlegrounds; a 30 millimeter scale line consisting of seven pieces per set. All sets are designed around a cohesive theme and are meant to be mixed and matched between the various sets to provide an interesting game experience. Sets may contain small parts and may require assembly as well as some cleaning and painting. All are solid cast in white resin.
